Job Summary

Job Purpose: This role is expected to play a critical part of APR. The individual must have a clear insight of the local retail environment and preferably experience in high-end single brand retail in order to build operation excellence. The key deliverables would be POS profitability, sales at LOB level and deliver store experience as per Apple standard.

Key Qualifications

  • The successful candidate should have sales & operations experience from high-end consumer retail / consumer electronics brands. This position requires the individual to be high on energy, posses’ strong analytic skills & excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must have hands on approach in order to scale floor standards of APR stores by giving direction, providing support and making effective business decisions on an ongoing basis.

Description

Key Responsibilities: •Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the store teams •Ensure all programs are communicated and executed on floor •Create DSR, analyze and report business results and trends on Wkly basis •Participate in forecasting exercise with the Store Manager across LOB on a monthly basis •Build urgency on floor and drive sales to ensure POS level profitability •Ensure Apple Merchandising guidelines are adhered to w.r.t showroom condition & product display •Align self with training requirements and ensure that all store staff have ASTO id and have attended trainings to maintain staff quality as per Apple standards •Share market intelligence and market dynamics in order to help strategies at local level •Build relationships with distributor field teams. •Must manage the retailer assisted sale and promoter program, which is responsible for training store staff on ongoing basis. Key Performance Indicators: •Store profitability at POS level •Retail ST units •Merchandising Audit & Mystery shop results •Execution of programs
