Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
You will be an expert at using data to help our agency partners make better decisions, which in turn will drive Google business. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will position you at the heart of our agency sales strategy. You will provide project management skills, analytical “horsepower” and business judgment to support strategic and tactical activities. Using analytical rigor and statistical methods, you mine through data to identify opportunities for Google and our agency clients to operate more efficiently, from enhancing advertising efficacy to agency operational efficiency. As an Analytical Lead in the Agency Team, you will do more than just crunch the numbers. You work with Product Managers, Sales Leaders and Associates to create external-facing data solutions and work with agencies to help them adopt recommendations and make better use of Google data.
Responsibilities:-
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven recommendations, aligned with Google’s business priorities and agency business needs.
  • Quantify high impact opportunities and pitch to clients when applicable, having a relationship with key clients across our India agency portfolio.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales operations to develop and test tools, dashboards, templates and frameworks to streamline and scale client analyses. Make these externally available to our agency clients where possible.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to develop internal business planning insights.
Minimum qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
Preferred qualifications
  • Relevant analytical work experience in executive management consulting environment.
  • Strong SQL-based database query skills, statistical analysis and proficient use of programming languages (e.g. Python).
  • Familiar with Google AdWords and Google Analytics platforms.
  • Ability to design and optimize data processes with both automated and manual components.
  • Ability to grasp complex data structures, investigate them, model them, and develop them.
  • Ability to speak with internal stakeholders and agency clients at all levels and in both technical and business discussions.
